Ilford HP5 135-36 B&W Film is a high-speed, medium contrast film making it especially suitable for action and press photography. It is also an excellent choice for general purpose photography. The film has a nominal sensitivity of ISO 400/27° when developed in standard black and white chemistry, but its wide exposure latitude allows for rating it between ISO 3200/36° and ISO 800/30° with appropriate processing adjustments.
